Our Story
Glacier Labs began in a small Birmingham office with a simple belief: travel should be transformative, not transactional. Founded by a group of passionate travellers who had grown frustrated with impersonal package holidays, we set out to create something different.
Nearly two decades later, that founding principle remains at the heart of everything we do. We have grown from a three-person operation to a team of fifteen travel specialists, each bringing unique expertise and genuine enthusiasm for exploration.
Our name reflects our commitment to preservation and sustainability. Just as glaciers shape landscapes over millennia, we believe travel should leave positive, lasting impressions on both travellers and the communities they visit.
